The clamp is made of electro-galvanized steel with a sheet thickness of 1.2 mm, providing durable corrosion protection – even in humid or aggressive environments. Its design is not a typical flat strap: the double rib extends all the way to the clamping angle, significantly increasing stiffness and resistance to bending. This is not just aesthetics – it is a functional feature that prevents deformation under mechanical loads, such as when mounting heavier PVC or multi-layer pipes.

Two mounting holes allow for secure attachment to concrete, blocks, or steel structures. For installation, only a BTS4-5 screw or an NP nylon dowel is required – no need to search for specialized components. With a height of 62 mm and a length of 98.5 mm, the clamp effectively accommodates pipes with a diameter of 63 mm without interfering with their thermal expansion.

There is no need for additional washers or compensators – the clamp's shape itself ensures proper contact with the conduit surface. It can be used in both sanitary and electrical installations – PVC pipes, fire cables, multi-layer conduits, or steel pipes – all held securely without play.

Important to note: this is not a "clip" for light cables. It is a structural component that acts as a force stop point – therefore, its bending strength is critical. In practice, this means fewer installation failures on longer conduit runs or in installations exposed to vibrations.
