Nails for concrete and steel, designed for the FORCE ONE
XHA nails are made of HCR steel – a special high‑hardness grade that provides wear resistance even when working with the hardest substrates. Their design with a serrated shank increases grip in concrete, brick or steel structures, where standard nails often pull out or fail to reach the proper depth.
Each package contains 800 nails and a dedicated gas cartridge – exactly enough for 800 fastenings. No need to purchase fuel separately or worry about incompatibility with the nail gun: everything is optimized for use with FORCE ONE.
Certifications and practical application
The product has the national technical assessment CNBOP and ITB – confirming that it meets Polish standards for fastenings in load‑bearing structures. ETA approval additionally confirms its suitability in extreme conditions, including ballistic materials – where safety is not optional.
Driving into steel beams? No problem. Attaching profiles to concrete? Easy. 32 mm nails have the ideal length to pass through thin metal elements and penetrate deeply into the substrate – without risk of bending or incomplete insertion.
Why it works?
The serration on the nail shank acts like a “brush” – increasing friction and preventing pull‑out.
HCR steel does not deform on impact – even with repeated use.
The gas cartridge is matched to the pressure of the FORCE ONE nail gun – no jumps, no “hang‑ups”.
No need to combine with other systems: this is a single solution for all difficult substrates.
It’s not about a “better nail”. It’s about getting the job done with a single strike.
