Concrete screw with hex head, designed for practical and repeatable installation
Approved for multiple use in cracked concrete, this screw allows fast and reliable fastening of rails, metal profiles, handrails or lighting elements. Installation is performed in two steps – drilling and tightening – using the same tool, eliminating the need to change accessories and reducing work time.
The zinc‑aluminum coating provides high corrosion resistance, especially important for outdoor or humid environments. It does not generate expansion during tightening, reducing the risk of substrate damage – crucial when working with old or cracked structures.
Two embedment depths are available: 35 mm and 50 mm. Using the shorter depth (35 mm) reduces the risk of hitting reinforcement bars, which is important when mounting on walls or plates with unknown internal structure. The overall length of 40 mm allows safe anchoring with a minimum substrate thickness of 5 mm.
The hex head (SW10) enables easy tightening with a standard wrench or a CELO adapter set, and is compatible with impact drivers. The screw is removable – after unscrewing it can be reused elsewhere, which is valuable for installation modifications.
ETA and CNBOP approvals confirm compliance with European standards for non‑structural applications. It works correctly not only in concrete C20/25–C50/60, but also in prefabricated channel tiles with a bottom thickness ≥35 mm.
Please note: the minimum spacing between screws is 160 mm, and from edges – 80 mm. With smaller spacing the load capacity must be reduced. Substrate thickness should be at least 100 mm.
The screw is not suitable for unprocessed concrete (e.g., raw) nor for brick or natural stone without confirmed approval – its use is limited to materials covered by certification.
