Concrete screw with reusable design and zinc‑aluminum coating

Designed for installation in cracked and uncracked concrete, this screw enables fast and reliable fastening of rails, brackets, profiles, or other non‑structural elements. Its construction allows a two‑step installation — only drilling and tightening — using the same tool, which significantly speeds up the installer’s work.

Installation and application flexibility

A small embedment depth (35 mm) reduces the risk of hitting reinforcement bars, which is especially important when working on existing structures. Two setting depths are available — 35 mm or 50 mm — providing flexibility for different substrate thicknesses or load‑bearing requirements. The hex head with an enlarged shank (SW13) ensures stable clamping and easy tightening even in hard‑to‑reach locations. The screw is removable — it can be unscrewed and re‑installed without loss of load capacity.

Durability and compliance

The zinc‑aluminum (Zn‑Al) coating offers high corrosion resistance, making the screw suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. It is certified by ETA and CNBOP, meaning it meets normative requirements for multiple‑use in concrete. During installation, maintain a minimum edge distance of 40 mm and a minimum spacing between screws of 40 mm. Minimum concrete thickness is 100 mm. The maximum tightening torque when using an impact driver is 150 Nm.

The screw also performs correctly in prefabricated channel tiles, and its non‑expanding design eliminates the risk of substrate damage during installation.
