Concrete screw with flat, enlarged head and TX30 socket
Designed for multiple reuse in non‑structural applications, this screw works in cracked concrete without the need for additional chemical or mechanical anchors. Its construction allows fast and precise mounting of rails, profiles, guards, sensors or lighting — without changing tools.
Installation is performed in two steps: first, drill a hole with a special SDS+ Ø6 mm drill, then – using the same tool – tighten the screw. No need to change bits, no waiting for adhesive curing. This saves time and eliminates installation errors.
Two possible anchoring depths (35 mm or 50 mm) provide flexibility when working with different material thicknesses or when it is necessary to avoid reinforcement bars. The shorter length (40 mm) reduces the risk of hitting rebar — especially when installing on walls or slabs with a thin concrete layer.
A zinc‑aluminum coating ensures corrosion resistance in humid and outdoor conditions — without additional painting or coatings. The flat, enlarged and rounded head (PTL) allows smooth installation under sheets, profiles or housings where minimal protrusion is important.
ETA approval and CNBOP certification confirm its safety and suitability for use in construction. It works in both C20/25 and C50/60 concrete — no special substrate conditions required.
An SDS+ 6 mm drill (6115SDSBTS6) and a 9ATRBCA adapter are required for proper installation — but they are not included with this product. The TX30 socket enables rapid tightening with a battery‑powered or mains‑powered impact screwdriver.
