Concrete screw with TX30 socket, flat head – 6x40 mm

Designed for repeated use in non-structural applications, this screw operates without expansion, eliminating the risk of damaging cracked concrete. Its design enables two-step installation—drilling and tightening—using a single tool, significantly accelerating work, especially when mounting rails, clamps, or threaded rods.

The zinc-aluminum coating provides corrosion resistance in humid and aggressive environments, while requiring no additional protection after installation. The 40 mm length and 35 mm anchoring depth minimize the risk of hitting reinforcement, which is crucial when working on existing structures.

The TX30 socket allows for quick and secure tightening using cordless impact screwdrivers. Compared to chemical anchors or drop-in anchors, installation is significantly faster—there is no need to wait for adhesive curing or to use additional components.

The screw is approved by ETA and CNBOP for use in concrete and precast prestressed channel slabs. When maintaining the minimum edge distance (40 mm) and spacing (40 mm), it can withstand a load of up to 0.85 kN in any direction. The maximum tightening torque is 150 Nm—sufficient for most professional tools.

Installation requires a special SDS+ drill bit Ø6 mm with a useful length of 105 mm. No additional mounting accessories are needed—only the drill bit, an impact tool, and a suitable TX30 bit. The screw can be disassembled and reused—one of the few options that allow such flexibility without loss of load-bearing capacity.
