Reusable concrete screw with two mounting depths

The BTS 6×55 screw with an enlarged flat head and TX30 socket is designed for fast, non‑structural fastening in cracked concrete – without the need for chemical anchors or special mounting tools. Installation is performed in two steps: drilling the hole and tightening the screw with the same tool, which significantly reduces installation time.

With two possible embedment depths (35 mm or 50 mm), the fastening can be adapted to the thickness of the mounted element – 5 mm or 20 mm – without changing the screw type. The shorter depth (35 mm) minimizes the risk of hitting reinforcement bars, which is especially important when working on existing structures or in areas with limited concrete thickness.

The zinc‑aluminum coating provides high corrosion resistance, making the screw suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications – e.g., mounting cornice guards, motion sensors, street lights, or insulation profiles. It is the only anchor type in this class with confirmed ETA approval and CNBOP certification for multiple‑use, meaning it can be unscrewed and re‑installed without loss of load capacity.

The TX30 socket allows quick and stable tightening with battery‑powered impact drivers. High load capacity (up to 1.9 kN at 50 mm embedment) and an allowable torque of up to 150 Nm make the screw suitable for securing heavier items – from cable trays to equipment housings.

The screw works correctly not only in concrete C20/25–C50/60 but also in prefabricated compressed channel boards, extending its use beyond traditional concrete structures. All parameters are based on tests verified by ETA – there are no assumptions or “standard” presumptions.
