Concrete screw with two mounting depths and zinc-aluminum coating
This solution is designed for multiple uses in non-structural applications, particularly in cracked concrete. Thanks to two possible anchoring depths – 35 mm and 50 mm – installation can be flexibly adapted to the thickness of the mounted element and rebar can be avoided, reducing the risk of structural damage during drilling.
The TX30 socket allows for quick and precise tightening using a single tool – both an impact drill and an impact screwdriver. Installation takes place in two stages: first, a hole is drilled to a depth of 40 mm or 55 mm, and then the element is screwed in with the same tool. No additional accessories such as chemical anchors or drop-in anchors are required, which shortens installation time.
The zinc-flake coating with aluminum additive provides high corrosion resistance – particularly important for outdoor installations or in humid environments. The screw does not expand during installation, meaning there is no pressure on the surrounding concrete and a lower risk of cracking.
Approved by ETA and CNBOP, it can be used not only in concrete C20/25–C50/60, but also in precast channel slabs with a bottom thickness ≥35 mm. The permissible load is up to 1.9 kN at a depth of 50 mm – sufficient for mounting rails, suspensions, ducts, or other non-statically loaded elements.
Dimensions: diameter 6 mm, anchor length 55 mm, head diameter 14.5 mm. The drilled hole has a diameter of 6 mm, and the minimum concrete thickness should be 100 mm. During installation, maintain a distance from the edge of at least 40 mm and a spacing between screws of at least 40 mm.
