Screw for concrete with zinc‑aluminum coating, designed for multiple‑use installation
The BTS 6×60 screw with a hex head and zinc‑aluminum coating is engineered for repeated use in non‑structural applications, even in cracked concrete. Its design enables safe and repeatable fastening of rails, clamps, profiles, or threaded rods – without the need for chemical anchors or drop‑in type anchors.
Thanks to two embedment depths (35 mm / 50 mm) you have flexibility in selecting the mounting position. The shallower depth (35 mm) reduces the risk of hitting reinforcement – especially when working in old or unknown structures. The deeper depth (50 mm) provides higher load capacity when conditions require it.
The SW13 socket allows quick installation with a standard hex key or an impact tool equipped with a 9ATRBCA adapter. Installation is performed in two steps: first drill a Ø6 mm hole, then screw directly – using the same tool, no accessory changes needed. No additional inserts or plugs are required.
The zinc‑aluminum coating delivers high corrosion resistance, important for installations in humid environments or outdoors. The product carries ETA and CNBOP approvals, confirming compliance with European and Polish standards for non‑structural use.
The screw does not require extra nuts or washers – the head incorporates a built‑in washer 19 mm in diameter, distributing the load over the concrete surface and preventing damage to the substrate.
Why it works?
No waiting for curing – unlike chemical adhesives. Install immediately.
Reusable – you can unscrew and reuse it, unlike single‑use anchors.
Shorter installation time compared with traditional methods – no waiting, no mixing, no multiple components.
Reduced risk of damaging reinforcement thanks to the short‑depth option.
Standard‑compliant – ETA and CNBOP approvals mean the product has been verified by independent laboratories.
This screw is not intended for structural loads or for concrete with low strength (below C20/25). It works well in concrete, solid brick, and prefabricated reinforced concrete blocks.
