The BTS B 10x280 screw is a solution designed for installers who require reliability in demanding conditions. Approved for use in both cracked and uncracked concrete – you no longer need to choose between different anchoring types. The CNBOP approval confirms its compliance with Polish requirements, while the ETA certificate ensures adherence to European standards.

The zinc-aluminum coating enhances corrosion resistance, which is crucial for installations in humid environments or those exposed to chemicals. The design prevents concrete expansion during installation – meaning you can mount it close to edges or in areas with limited space, without risking substrate damage.

The integrated washer (20 mm diameter) eliminates the need for additional components. There is no need to search for, install, or worry about losing a washer – everything is already part of the screw. This reduces installation time and minimizes errors.

The anchoring depth can be adjusted by selecting the appropriate hole depth in the concrete: 65 mm, 85 mm, or 95 mm. This is not a feature of the screw itself – it is the installer's decision during drilling. Choose the hole depth based on the thickness of the mounted element and the load – there is no adjustment mechanism on the screw.

The maximum impact torque for this type of screw (BTS B, zinc-aluminum coating) is 400 Nm. Use a suitable impact wrench – exceeding this value may lead to thread or concrete damage.

The screw meets seismic requirements for category C1 and has a fire resistance class of R120 – meaning it can be used in buildings requiring higher safety standards, such as public or industrial structures.
