High-resistance concrete screw with integrated washer and CNBOP approval

The BTS B 14x110 screw is designed for operation in demanding conditions – both in cracked and uncracked concrete, making it a universal solution for installations in old and new structures. Its special thread geometry and high hardness ensure stable and reliable anchoring without the need for additional components such as washers or nuts – all integrated into the design.

The zinc-aluminum coating increases corrosion resistance, which is crucial in environments exposed to moisture or aggressive atmospheric factors. This ensures the product maintains its strength over a longer period, even when used outdoors or in high-humidity rooms.

Each screw can be adjusted within a range of up to 10 mm thanks to three possible anchoring depths – allowing precise adaptation to the thickness of the mounted element without the need for trimming or using additional spacers. This significantly speeds up installation and reduces errors.

It does not generate concrete expansion during installation – meaning it can be mounted close to edges (minimum distance 50 mm) and with small spacing between anchors (min. 70 mm). Such a solution is particularly useful where space is limited – e.g., for mounting frames, rafters, ducts, or devices to concrete walls.

Advanced construction allows for use in seismic conditions (class C1), and the CNBOP approval confirms its compliance with Polish construction requirements. Additionally, the product has a fire resistance class of R120 – meaning that in the event of a fire, it maintains load-bearing capacity for a minimum of 2 hours, ensuring evacuation safety.

Installation requires an impact wrench with a maximum torque of 650 Nm – suitable for a 14 mm diameter. The SW21 hexagonal socket enables easy and safe tightening even in hard-to-reach places.

The screw requires no additional surface treatment of the concrete before installation – just a suitable hole with a diameter of 16.6 mm and a minimum depth of 85 mm (for full load-bearing capacity). There is no need to wait for adhesive curing or use other chemical anchoring techniques.
