Concrete screw that works in difficult conditions without additional washers

The BTS B 14x80 screw is designed for use in cracked and non-cracked concrete – it requires no special assumptions or additional fastening elements. Thanks to its integrated washer with a 30 mm diameter, there is no need to install a separate washer, which shortens installation time and eliminates the risk of mounting errors.

Its special thread geometry and high hardness ensure stable and reliable anchoring even in hard, reduced-strength concretes. Installation requires only an impact wrench with a maximum torque of 650 Nm – the right equipment is sufficient to achieve full load capacity.

Safe and approved solution for demanding loads

CNBOP approval and ETA certification confirm its compliance with European standards for chemical and mechanical anchors. It is classified as fire-resistant R120 – meaning it maintains load-bearing capacity for at least 120 minutes under fire conditions. Additionally, it meets seismic requirements for category C1, making it suitable for applications in areas exposed to vibrations.

The zinc-aluminum coating increases corrosion resistance without the need for stainless steel – an ideal solution for outdoor or humid environments. It does not generate expansion stresses in concrete during installation, allowing mounting close to edges (minimum edge distance: 50 mm) and in tight spaces (minimum spacing: 70 mm).

Versatility through adjustable anchoring depth

The ability to adjust the anchoring depth to three levels (85 mm / - / -) allows flexible adaptation to the thickness of the mounted material – without the need to replace the screw. The screw can be used both for mounting steel structures and heavy wooden or metal elements on concrete substrates. It does not require drilling holes of special diameter – a Ø16.6 mm hole is sufficient, facilitating on-site work.
