Concrete screw with external M6 thread, designed for multiple use

The BTS E 6x175 M6 screw is a solution for non‑structural applications in concrete – both cracked and uncracked. Thanks to the external M6 thread it allows quick and reversible fastening of rails, profiles, brackets or other elements that require a solid attachment point without the need for adhesives or expansion anchors.

Installation is carried out in two steps: first a hole is drilled with a special SDS+ Ø6 mm drill, then – using the same tool with an adapter – the element is screwed in. No tool changes or additional operations are required. This significantly speeds up work, especially when installing many points.

Embedding depth (50 mm) provides flexibility: it can be used where there is no risk of hitting reinforcement, and also – thanks to the ability to set a shallower depth (35 mm) – in thin structures or where space is limited. Minimum concrete thickness is 100 mm, ensuring stability even under higher loads.

Zinc‑aluminium (zinc flake) coating provides high corrosion resistance – without additional painting or coating. This is crucial for use in humid environments, e.g., attics, industrial halls or outdoors.

ETA approval and CNBOP certification confirm its safety and compliance with European standards. The ability to dismount and reuse means you don’t have to worry about installation errors – simply remove and reinstall.

Works safely in concrete class C20/25 up to C50/60 and in prefabricated channel plates with a bottom thickness ≥ 35 mm. Minimum clearances: 40 mm from the edge and 40 mm between fastening points. With larger spacing (160 mm between points) full load capacity can be used – up to 1.9 kN at 50 mm depth.

Maximum installation torque is 15 Nm – a regular impact driver set to low torque is sufficient. No specialized equipment or precise force control is required.
