Concrete screw BTS H 6×35 with internal thread M10. Quantity in package: 100 pcs. 9ZG635M10BTSH
Concrete screw BTS H 6×35 with internal thread M10 is a solution dedicated to fast and repeatedly used installations in non‑structural applications – both in cracked and uncracked concrete. Its design allows two‑stage installation: drilling the hole and directly tightening the fastening element – all with a single tool, which significantly reduces work time.
Internal thread M10 (thread length 8 mm) enables direct tightening of threaded rods, clamps, mounting rails or other external elements without the need for nuts or other additional components. Hex head with integrated washer (diameter 17 mm) provides stable support and load distribution, and its shape is optimized for use with socket accessories – e.g., SW13 socket wrench.
Installation requires drilling a hole with diameter 6 mm and depth 40 mm – the minimum embedment depth (35 mm) reduces the risk of hitting reinforcement bars, which is especially important when working on existing structures. The screw can also be used in prefabricated concrete panels with voids, under conditions specified in the approval.
Zinc‑aluminum coating (Zn‑Al flakes) provides high corrosion resistance – tested for over 480 hours in a salt chamber – and at the same time meets fire‑resistance class R120, confirming its safety in E90 installations. The product has ETA approval and certificate CNBOP-PIB-KOT-2018-0037/3703, guaranteeing compliance with European standards for mechanical anchors.
Possibility of removal and reuse makes it ideal where flexibility is required – e.g., during system modifications or position testing. No special tools are required beyond a standard SDS+ drill Ø6 mm and an M10 socket wrench.
Compared with chemical anchors or drop‑in anchors, this system works instantly – no curing time, no waiting for load. At appropriate spacings (min. 40 mm from edge, min. 40 mm between points) it achieves a load capacity of 1.02 kN in concrete C20/25.
