Concrete screw with internal thread M6, designed for practical and repeatable installation

Designed for fast and reliable fastening in cracked and uncracked concrete, this screw allows a two‑stage installation: drilling a Ø6 mm hole and direct anchoring — all with a single tool. It requires no additional expansion plugs or chemical anchors, and its design creates its own thread in the substrate, providing constant load capacity without expansion.

Anchor length 35 mm minimizes the risk of striking reinforcement bars, especially when installing in thin or reinforced elements. A deeper anchoring option (50 mm) is also available, offering flexibility for varying substrate or construction thicknesses.

Internal thread M6, 10 mm long, enables direct fastening of threaded rods, pipes, screws or other external components — without the need for extra nuts or adapters. This greatly speeds up the installation of rails, supports, street lighting or barriers.

A zinc‑aluminum (Zn‑Al) flake coating provides corrosion resistance exceeding 480 hours in salt‑spray testing — far more than standard zinc coatings. This is essential for outdoor or humid environments where long‑term durability matters.

The screw is approved by ETA and CNBOP (CNBOP-PIB-KOT-2018-0037/3703), meaning it meets requirements for non‑structural applications in concrete C20/25 and higher grades. It is also approved for use in prefabricated channel plates and natural stone.

Installation is performed with an SW10 socket wrench — compatible with most cordless and corded screwdrivers. The ability to remove and reuse the screw allows installation adjustments without removing the entire element, which is important during maintenance or modification work.
