Concrete screw BTS H 6×35 with internal thread M8. Quantity per package: 150 pcs. 9ZG635M8BTSH
Concrete screw with internal thread M8, designed for fast and safe installation in cracked concrete
Installation in two steps — drilling and tightening — all with a single tool. A special adapter allows the screw to be installed immediately after drilling the hole, without the need to change tools. This significantly reduces work time, especially when many mounting points are required, such as rails, profiles, or lighting supports.
A 35 mm embedment depth is a good compromise: sufficient for stable holding, yet small enough to reduce the risk of hitting reinforcement bars. For the installer this is not only convenience — it reduces the risk of damaging the structure and having to re‑drill.
A zinc‑aluminum coating (Zn‑Al flakes) provides corrosion resistance — proven in SST tests for over 480 hours. This is not only aesthetic but also ensures long‑term reliability in humid or aggressive environments such as corridors, parking lots, or outdoor facilities.
ETA and CNBOP approvals confirm compliance with European standards for non‑structural applications. The screw works in both cracked and uncracked concrete — no expansion or adhesive required. Its design is independent of chemical processes, meaning no curing time is needed and it allows for multiple installations and removals.
A hex head with integrated washer (dh=14 mm) provides stable support during tightening. Internal thread M8 (thread length ~6.5 mm) allows a screw or pin to be tightened — ideal for fastening components with through‑holes such as clamps, brackets, or cables.
A 6 mm drill bit and 40 mm hole depth are standard parameters — easy to find the appropriate tool. Minimum edge distance (Cmin=40 mm) and spacing between points (Smin=40 mm) are clearly defined — no guessing required.
Note: this screw is not intended for structural loads. However, for everything else — cable trays, wiring, street lighting, handrails or suspensions — it is one of the most efficient solutions on the market.
