Concrete screw with integrated washer and depth adjustment

The BTS ST 10x90 screw is designed for use in cracked and uncracked concrete, making it a universal solution for both new and existing structures. Its special thread geometry and high hardness ensure stable and reliable anchoring without the need for additional fastening elements—the washer is already integrated, so no separate installation is required.

The ability to adjust the anchoring depth across 3 levels (5 mm, 15 mm, 35 mm) allows for precise positioning of the mounted element, even if the concrete surface is uneven or material thickness compensation is required. This is particularly useful when installing on older structures or in situations where the thickness of the attached layer is difficult to predict accurately.

The zinc-aluminum (ZnAl) coating increases corrosion resistance compared to standard galvanization—this means not only longer service life but also greater safety in humid conditions or when exposed to chemicals. The screw does not cause concrete expansion during installation, allowing it to be mounted close to edges (minimum distance 35 mm) and in tight spaces—without the risk of cracks or structural damage.

CNBOP approval and ETA certification confirm its compliance with European safety standards, including fire resistance class R120—meaning it remains stable even in the event of a fire. It is also approved for use in seismic zones C1.

Installation requires an impact wrench with a maximum torque of 400 Nm—it is not suitable for ordinary screwdrivers or cordless tools without an impact function. The screw can be completely removed from the concrete if a temporary installation is needed—one of the few anchors of this type that allows for reversible fastening.

It is worth noting: although the product is resistant to corrosion and seismic activity, its strength depends on the quality of the concrete. For C20/25 concrete, the specified load values have been verified; for higher classes (C30/C40/C50), the load-bearing capacity can increase by up to 55%.
