Concrete screw that works without expansion and requires no additional washers
This is not a standard anchor – it is a solution designed for situations where space is limited and safety cannot be compromised. The BTS ST 10x90 screw, made of A4 stainless steel, is approved for use in both cracked and uncracked concrete, meaning you can install it in older structures without concern for the substrate condition.
The special thread geometry and high material hardness ensure stable and repeatable anchoring – even with minimal edge distances. There is no need to worry about concrete expansion during installation, as the design operates on a mechanical interlock principle rather than expansion. This allows installation close to edges – even at distances less than 50 mm.
Three depth levels – flexibility in practice
The ability to adjust anchoring depth (65 / 85 / 95 mm) gives you the freedom to adapt the installation to the thickness of the mounted element. The screw can be installed with a 35 mm, 15 mm, or 5 mm protrusion – without the need to cut or add extra components. This means: fewer screws, fewer errors, less time spent on corrections. Ideal for installers working with various panels, profiles, or metal structures.
The zinc-aluminum (ZnAl) coating protects against corrosion – particularly important in humid conditions or outdoors. Compared to standard galvanization, this coating provides a longer service life without loss of strength. Since the washer is integrated (20 mm diameter), no additional components are needed – neither a washer nor a nut. Installation is simpler and faster.
Safety confirmed by certification
CNBOP approval and ETA certification confirm its suitability for seismic conditions (Class C1) and fire resistance R120 – meaning it can be used in structures requiring fire protection. This is not a "temporary" solution – it is an anchor intended for permanent fixing in commercial and public buildings.
You can completely remove it if temporary fixing is required – and after removal, it leaves no marks in the concrete. A max. 400 Nm impact wrench is sufficient for installation – no specialized equipment is needed.
This screw does not rely on vague claims like "best quality" or "solid construction" – it has specific parameters: thread diameter 12.5 mm, length 90 mm, minimum anchoring depth 65 mm, and shear load resistance exceeding 7.7 kN in uncracked concrete. All this ensures it performs where other anchors fail.
