Concrete screw that performs in challenging conditions – without additional washers and with certified fire resistance

Designed for installation in cracked and uncracked concrete, this screw requires no additional washers thanks to its integrated bearing surface under the head. This means fewer components to supply, faster installation, and reduced risk of installation errors – for both the installer and the end user.

The option to choose one of three anchoring depths (55 mm, 65 mm, or 75 mm) provides flexibility when working with varying material thicknesses or when adjusting the depth to fit an existing structure. There is no need to change the anchor type – simply adjust the drilling depth.

The zinc-aluminum coating enhances corrosion resistance compared to standard galvanization, which is crucial in areas exposed to moisture or aggressive environments. The screw is made of high-strength galvanized steel, and its special thread geometry ensures stable and reliable anchoring – even at low edge distances.

It does not generate concrete expansion during installation, allowing placement close to edges – the minimum edge distance is 40 mm, and the minimum spacing between screws is 40 mm. This is critical when working in tight spaces or when fixing elements near plate edges.

CNBOP approval and the European Technical Assessment (ETA) confirm its suitability for seismic conditions (C1) and fire resistance rating R120 – meaning it can be used where 120-minute fire protection is required. This is not just an ordinary anchor; it is a component meeting the requirements for public, industrial, and infrastructure buildings.

Installation requires an impact wrench with a maximum torque of 300 Nm and a TX40 socket. Do not use standard screwdrivers – lack of the proper tool may lead to thread damage or improper anchoring.

The screw is available only in one length: 8x80/15. Other lengths exist in the BTS line, but this model was designed as the optimal compromise between anchoring depth and total length for typical applications.
