Metal double bracket DFT 98DFT is a solution designed for parallel installation of fire cables and other conductors, in accordance with DIN 4102. Its construction with two reinforcing ribs provides greater rigidity and bend resistance — which matters on long cable runs or where mechanical load risk exists. The bracket is made of hot‑dip galvanized steel, with a minimum coating thickness of 5 µm, ensuring corrosion resistance in humid or aggressive conditions.

Installation is carried out using a fastener — the bracket is pre‑mounted on the device’s carrier, allowing one‑handed and rapid ceiling attachment. No additional tools or screws are required. It is compatible with most popular fasteners, including CELO FORCE ONE, FOX20, PULSA 800 P/SPIT, HILTI BX-3 and HILTI GX-3, RAWLPLUG SC40II and FISCHER FGC 100. However, it does not work with DEWALT DCN890, TRAK IT C5 nor WURTH DIGA CS2 — be sure to check before purchase.

Certified fire‑integrity

The bracket has ETA approval and CNBOP certification for cable assemblies — confirming not only compatibility with mounting systems but also their behavior during fire. Combined with XHA nails it provides 90‑minute integrity (R90 certificate), meaning that even at extreme temperatures the bracket will not fail earlier than specified — cables remain in place and the fire‑resistant system functions as designed.

Installation is recommended on hard, fire‑resistant substrates: concrete, concrete blocks or dense stone. It is not suitable for porous or weak surfaces — e.g., plasterboard or hollow brick.

For the installer — simplicity and precision

No need to search for separate clamps or brackets. The bracket works as a single unit: fastener + bracket + cable. This reduces the number of components on site and installation time.
