The DFT bracket for 12mm gas nail gun (anchor), double design, is engineered for installers requiring quick, one-handed simultaneous mounting of two cables—without additional tools. Installation is performed using a gas nail gun (anchor) in less than 3 seconds; the specially designed nose allows pre-loading onto the tool—no need to hold the bracket manually during firing.

Fire resistance and compliance with fire safety standards

The bracket holds certification CNBOP-PIB-KOT-2018/0037-3703 and approval ITB AT-15-8820/2015, confirming compliance with DIN 4102 requirements for fire-resistant installations. According to the approval, it can be mounted under plaster—without requiring access to the substrate. The E90 certification guarantees 90-minute system integrity: even under fire conditions, the brackets do not collapse prematurely and maintain cable position.

Robust design enhancing durability

The metal component is made of electrogalvanized steel (coating min. 5 µm), ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term stability. Two reinforcing ribs along the clip increase stiffness and bending resistance—the bracket withstands loads of 6 to 10 kg, depending on substrate type and fastener. The internal diameter (11.5 mm) is precisely matched to 12 mm cables.

Compatibility and flexible installation

Compatible with most gas nail guns (anchors): CELO FORCE ONE+, HILTI BX-3/GX-3, SPIT Pulsa 800P/E, RAWLPLUG SC40II, FISCHER FGC 100. Requires use of XHA fasteners with minimum length of 22 mm—only this combination (bracket + fastener + gas nail gun (anchor)) is covered by ETA approval. Suitable for installation on concrete, dense-structured concrete blocks, stone, and steel structures.

Ideal for securing fire-resistant cables, telecommunications, and signal cables—both in standard circuits and installations requiring fire resistance. Also useful for routing flexible or rigid plastic-insulated pipes and heating pipes.
