Metal Double Clamp for Fire-Resistant Cables, Installed with Plug Anchors

The DFT 97DFT clamp is a steel, zinc-coated fastening element designed for parallel and secure retention of fire-resistant, signaling cables, and conduits in fire-rated installations. Its design enables rapid one-handed installation—the plastic component snaps directly onto the nozzle of a gas-powered plug anchor, and the entire system engages in a single motion. No additional tools or screws are required.

Internal reinforcing ribs provide enhanced stability and superior cable grip, especially under dynamic loads. The structural support minimizes the risk of cable displacement or collapse during a fire—critical for maintaining system integrity for 90 minutes, as confirmed by the R90 certification.

The system functions only as a complete unit: the clamp must be secured with an XHA nail (22–38 mm) and used exclusively with a compatible plug anchor. It is compatible with most popular models—from CELO FORCE ONE+ and FOX to Hilti BX-3, Fischer FGC 100, and Rawl Plug SC40II. ETA and CNBOP approvals confirm its suitability for fire-rated cable systems, but only when these conditions are met.

Installation requires a solid substrate: concrete, stone, or dense structural concrete blocks. Not suitable for gypsum board or lightweight constructions. The clamp’s diameter (6.5 mm) is designed for cables up to 6 mm in diameter—ideal for conductors ranging from 1x1.5 mm² to 1x6 mm².

Packaged in quantities of 100 units—sufficient for a typical installation. Individual units are not sold; this clamp functions only as part of the complete system.
