Double Metal Cable Clamp with Reinforced Design

The clamp is made of steel with a zinc coating of minimum 5 µm thickness – corrosion-resistant, with no additional paints or lacquers. The double-profiled design features two reinforcing ribs extending to the base, significantly increasing stiffness and resistance to bending under static loads. This is not just a clip – it is a load-bearing component engineered for structural applications.

Installation is possible using DA anchor, BTS screw, or MSD plug with TG screw – all compatible with a 6.5 mm diameter hole. No special tools required; compatible with gas nailers such as CELO FORCE ONE+, HILTI, SPIT, TRUTEK, and others –只需 one hand and a setting tool.

Application and Certification

Approved by CNBOP (approvals: CNBOP-PIB-KOT-2018/0037-3703, Edition 1 and Edition 2) for securing fire-resistant E90 cables, telecommunications, and signal cables. The approval permits installation on both concrete surfaces and under plaster – without requiring additional reinforcement.

Per CNBOP standard:

• Standard installation spacing: every 30 cm
• Special (above-standard) installation spacing: every 60 cm

Suitable for installation on concrete, hollow concrete blocks, dense stone, wood, and structural steel beams. Not intended for use on gypsum plaster or hollow glass walls.
