Double Push-In Mounting Clip FTD 28mm – Installation Without Additional Components

The mounting clip is designed for direct installation in concrete, hollow blocks, and solid brick – simply drill a hole 8 mm in diameter and 45 mm deep. No nuts, screws, or additional fastening elements are required. It operates via self-centering rings that automatically adapt to the pipe diameter.

A key advantage is the ability to simultaneously secure three different pipe diameters: from 16 to 30 mm. This means you can fix, for example, a 20 mm (copper) pipe and a 25 mm (plastic) pipe in a single clip – ideal for hybrid systems or where pipes of different diameters run side by side.

The material is halogen-free nylon, ensuring low smoke emission and non-flammability in case of failure – a critical feature for installations in enclosed spaces such as ventilation ducts or technical floors. The gray color RAL 7035 blends seamlessly with installations and remains stable under temperature variations.

Operating temperature range: -10°C to 90°C – sufficient for most heating and plumbing systems. With short-term excursions (e.g., during flushing), it can withstand up to 110°C. Not suitable for outdoor use without UV protection.

Load capacity: 20 kg in concrete, 10 kg in hollow blocks – adequate for water, heating pipes, and even radiator connections under standard loads.

Installation is fast: drill hole → insert → slide in pipes. No tightening or adjustment needed. The clip holds via friction and shape – contains no metal components that could corrode or cause galvanic corrosion of copper pipes.
