Universal frame anchor for fixing in various substrates

The MFR 10x280mm frame anchor with TX socket screw is designed for fixing facade substructures, door and window frames, as well as wooden and metal elements in commonly used construction materials — concrete, solid brick, concrete blocks, hollow blocks, and natural stone. Its design meets the requirements for applications in precast reinforced concrete hollow blocks, including prestressed slabs.

Double setting depth and stable holding

The anchor allows installation with two possible setting depths: 50 mm or 70 mm — enabling adaptation to the thickness of the fixed element without changing the anchor type. The long expansion area, supported by transverse thickenings on the anchor surface, ensures early and uniform expansion — resulting in reliable holding even in porous materials. The TX 40 socket screw is made of galvanized steel and features an integrated washer that prevents galvanic corrosion at the contact point with metal elements.

ETA approval and installation readiness

The product holds European Technical Approval ETA-07/0337 for concrete and masonry. All lengths up to 160 mm are pre-assembled — the 280 mm model is not pre-assembled, but its design requires no additional components. Installation requires only drilling a 10 mm diameter hole. The anchor is made of high-quality, aging-resistant nylon, and the flat flange provides protection against galvanic corrosion — as specified in the manufacturer's data.
