Universal frame anchor for fixing in various building materials

The MFR SB 10x160mm anchor with a hexagonal socket screw (TX) is designed for stable and secure fastening of facade substructures, door and window frames, as well as other wooden and metal components. It performs reliably in concrete, solid and hollow bricks, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, sandstone, and other commonly used load-bearing materials.

Internal ridges on the anchor surface ensure early and extended expansion – meaning the anchor quickly and permanently grips the substrate, even at reduced drilling depths. This results in faster installation and a more reliable connection compared to traditional anchors.

Simple installation, precise depth

All lengths up to 160 mm are pre-assembled – no need to manually connect the anchor to the screw. This saves time on-site and reduces the risk of installation errors. The screw head features a TX 40 socket and an SW 13 hex key – compatible with most tools used by installers.

The anchor allows setting at two depths: 50 mm or 70 mm. This means the same component can be used for both thin and thicker constructions – for example, when installing window frames with an adjacent strip or when fixing heavier facade elements. The flat collar at the end of the anchor prevents galvanic corrosion between metal components and the substrate.

ETA approval and resistance to external conditions

The product holds the European Technical Approval ETA-07/0337 – confirming its safety and durability in load-bearing structures. The anchor is made of high-quality, aging-resistant nylon, and the screw from galvanized steel – ensuring long-term corrosion resistance even in humid conditions.

No additional washers or gaskets are required – the integrated washer under the screw head ensures even distribution of clamping force. During installation, there is no need to worry about twisting or damaging the substrate material – the design ensures safe operation even in delicate blocks.
