Universal frame anchor for fixing in various building materials

The MFR 10x60mm anchor with a hexagonal socket screw (TX) is a solution designed for permanent and secure fixing of facade substructures, door and window frames, as well as wooden and metal elements in practically all commonly used building materials—from concrete and brick to aerated concrete blocks and natural stone.

Its design ensures early and long-lasting expansion thanks to transverse thickening on the anchor surface—meaning the anchor begins to expand immediately after being driven in, not only at the end of the hole. The result? A more stable fixing, even in low-density materials such as hollow blocks or lightweight concrete.

Integrated washer under the screw head prevents galvanic corrosion—particularly important when mounting on metal elements or in humid conditions. The anchor's flat flange additionally distributes the load, protecting the substrate from damage.

The product is ETA approved—meaning its performance and safety have been verified at the European level for concrete and masonry. This is not a standard manufacturer certification but an independent technical assessment, which is significant for construction inspections and technical documentation.

All lengths up to 160 mm are pre-assembled—the screw is already inserted into the anchor. This significantly speeds up installation: there is no need to search for the appropriate screw or worry about its fit. The installer simply drives in the entire assembly and tightens it.

The TX 40 (Torx) socket allows for precise tightening without the risk of "cam-out" of the head—especially when using cordless screwdrivers. The screw has a diameter of 14 mm, providing high load-bearing capacity despite the small anchor diameter (10 mm).
