Universal frame anchor for fixing in various building materials

The MFR 14x110mm anchor with a hexagonal socket screw (TX) is a solution designed for permanent and secure fixing of facade substructures, door and window frames, as well as wooden and metal elements in practically all commonly used building materials. It works reliably in concrete, solid brick, concrete blocks, aerated concrete blocks, natural stone, and even hollow concrete blocks.

The internal structure of the anchor, featuring transverse thickenings, ensures early and extended expansion – meaning the anchor quickly and firmly grips the hole even before the screw is fully tightened. This eliminates the risk of shifting or play during installation, even under heavy loads.

The integrated washer and flat flange prevent galvanic corrosion – particularly important when mounting on metal elements or in humid conditions. The anchor is made of high-quality, aging-resistant nylon, guaranteeing long-term stability even at extreme temperatures.

Simple installation, ready to use

All lengths up to 160 mm are pre-assembled – the screw is already inserted into the anchor, eliminating the need for manual assembly of components on-site. This saves the installer time and reduces the risk of losing parts. A uniform setting depth (70 mm) for all lengths allows for fast and consistent installation without the need to adjust drilling depth – only one type of drill bit is required.

The screw with a TX 50 hexagonal socket enables precise tightening using a cordless or manual tool – there is no risk of "cam-out" as with classic heads. The TX socket is resistant to wear, and its shape allows for better control of the tightening torque.

ETA approval and application in demanding installations

The product holds the European Technical Approval (ETA) – meaning its performance has been verified by an independent body and it can be used in systems requiring confirmed load-bearing capacity, such as fire doors or glass facades. It is suitable for both new constructions and renovations.
