Universal frame anchor for fixing in various building materials

The MFR SB 8x60mm anchor with a hexagonal socket screw (TX) is designed for permanent and secure fixing of facade substructures, wooden elements, and metal components in concrete, brick, blocks, and other commonly used building materials. Its design has been optimized for fast and precise installation – benefiting both the installer and the end user.

High-quality, aging-resistant nylon ensures durability in external conditions, while the flat flange prevents galvanic corrosion – particularly important when connecting with metal components. Internal ridges on the anchor surface act as an early expansion mechanism, enabling reliable holding capacity already during installation.

The TX 30 socket screw allows easy and secure tightening even in hard-to-reach locations, while ensuring controlled clamping force. The integrated washer distributes the load, reducing the risk of substrate damage. All lengths up to 160 mm are pre-assembled – no need to join the anchor with the screw on-site, which reduces installation time and eliminates assembly errors.

The setting depth is uniform across the entire series – regardless of anchor length (60, 80, 100 mm, etc.), it is always set at the same depth in the hole. This simplifies the installation process when working with different lengths within the same perimeter.
