Universal frame anchor for fixing in various building materials

The MFR SB 8x80mm anchor with a hexagonal socket screw (TX) is designed for safe and durable fixing of facade substructures, wooden or metal elements in concrete, brick, concrete blocks, natural stone, and other commonly used building materials. It was created for installers who need a fast, uniform, and reliable solution – without the need for on-site assembly.

All lengths up to 160 mm are pre-assembled – the anchor and screw are already joined, eliminating the risk of losing components, reducing installation time, and simplifying storage. The uniform setting depth (hnom ≥ 50 mm) allows for consistent and predictable installation of different lengths within the same series – no need to adjust the technique for each length.

The anchor is made of high-quality, aging-resistant nylon, and its flat flange provides protection against crevice corrosion. The TX 30 socket screw enables easy and precise installation using standard tools. Transverse thickenings on the anchor surface act as "holding loops" – ensuring early expansion and a long adhesion zone within the hole, resulting in stability even in hollow blocks or lightweight materials.

The ETA approval confirms its compliance with European safety standards for fixing systems – it is not only a construction product but also an element approved for use under static and dynamic loads.
