Frame anchor for fixing substructures in building materials

The MFR 10x320mm anchor with a hexagonal head screw and TX 40 socket is an element designed for permanent and secure fixing of facade substructures, wooden or metal, in concrete, brick, blocks, and other commonly used building materials. It has been designed in accordance with ETA approval, confirming its compliance with European safety standards for fixing systems.

The anchor is made of high-quality, aging-resistant nylon, while the screw is made of A4 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance in external and humid conditions. The integrated washer eliminates the need for additional components and prevents incorrect installation. There is no flat flange; the design relies on the washer, which distributes the load and protects the base material from damage.

The 320 mm length enables installation in thick walls or with deep insulation layers. The screw socket is TX 40 – it requires a suitable tool that does not fit TX 50 sockets. The pre-assembled screw reduces installation time and eliminates the risk of losing the component during work.

Transverse thickenings on the anchor surface ensure early and reliable expansion – the base material is effectively expanded even at low load levels. This means: the anchor holds firmly from the first turns, without the need for additional pressing.

Important notes: the drilled hole must have a diameter of 7 mm to fit the anchor; the TX 40 socket requires a suitable tool – other tools will not work; the A4 stainless steel screw does not require additional corrosion protection; the maximum thickness of the material into which it can be fixed is 270 mm – exceeding this value prevents secure fixing; the design has no flat flange, and protection against contact corrosion is provided solely by the integrated washer.
