Universal frame anchor for fixing in various building materials
The MFR 10x115mm frame anchor with a conical screw featuring a TX socket is designed for permanent and secure fixing of facade substructures, door and window frames, as well as wooden and metal elements in commonly used building materials – from concrete and brick to aerated concrete blocks and ceramic hollow blocks. Its design has been optimized for fast and precise installation, both on construction sites and in workshop conditions.
Why does it work well?
- Two depth setting levels – 50 mm or 70 mm – allow the anchor to be adapted to the thickness of the mounted element without changing the fastener type. For example: if you have a wooden frame 30 mm thick, you can use the same connector as for thin sheet metal – simply adjust the drilling depth accordingly.
- Early and long-lasting expansion – transverse thickenings on the anchor surface ensure immediate grip in the material during driving, followed by gradual expansion inside the hole. There is no need to wait for "setting"; the fixation is effective under the first load.
- Flat flange prevents galvanic corrosion – when mounting metal on concrete or brick, the risk of electrochemical corrosion between different metals is real. This flange acts as an insulating barrier – no additional pastes or primers are required.
- Pre-assembled – the screw is already inserted into the anchor. No need to search for a separate screw, no time wasted on assembly, and no risk of losing components while working at height.
- ETA approval – this is not just a standard anchor. It is a product verified by the European Technical Assessment agency for concrete and load-bearing masonry. This means its strength and safety are documented – essential for construction inspections or client requirements.
Who is this solution for?
For installers: saves time on site, eliminates installation errors (e.g., incorrect screw selection), and enables faster work without complications. For end users: ensures durable and secure fixing of elements that must not shift or detach – such as window frames or facades.
All lengths up to 160 mm are pre-assembled – so this 115 mm model is too. The TX40 socket allows the use of a standard Torx key – no specialized equipment needed. The anchor is made of high-quality, aging-resistant nylon, and the screw from galvanized steel – resistant to moisture and atmospheric conditions.
