Universal frame anchor for fixing in concrete, masonry, and blocks

The MFR 10x240mm frame anchor with a conical screw featuring a TX 50 socket is designed for permanent and secure fixing of facade substructures and wooden or metal components in commonly used building materials—concrete, solid brick, aerated concrete blocks, and natural stone. Approved under ETA-07/0337, it meets European requirements for applications in concrete and load-bearing masonry, including cracked concrete structures under tensile load.

The anchor body is made of high-quality, aging-resistant nylon. Its long expansion zones with transverse ribs ensure early and stable expansion within the hole, resulting in reliable holding performance even under dynamic loads. The flat collar at the end of the anchor prevents galvanic corrosion, which is critical when in direct contact with metal structural elements.

The conical screw with a TX 50 socket allows installation using a standard screwdriver with a TX 50 bit—no additional tools or adjustments are required. The anchor is not pre-assembled, providing full control over insertion depth, making it ideal for thicker materials.

Applications include:

• Installation of window and door frames in concrete or brick walls
• Fixing of ventilated facade substructures
• Anchoring of wooden or metal beams to load-bearing substrates
• Installations in aerated concrete blocks and solid hollow blocks

Not suitable for materials with very low strength without proper hole preparation—for example, low-density lightweight blocks without cement grouting.

The product is made of galvanized steel—corrosion-resistant, but it is not covered under the ETA assessment for A4 stainless steel. All parameters comply with CELO manufacturer documentation.
