Isolation screw ZG95IPLDS4 enables direct mounting of drain pipe brackets to the ETICS insulation layer without creating thermal bridges. The pre‑assembled threaded rod provides a constant 30 mm distance of the pipe from the wall, and an additional 25 mm adjustment allows precise fitting when installing on uneven surfaces.

Safe and durable solution for external insulation systems

A self‑drilling nylon plug resistant to ageing and weather conditions can be screwed without drilling into ETICS plaster up to 7 mm thick. The pre‑installed cellular rubber gasket creates a hermetic barrier — the product successfully passed the rain‑tightness test according to DIN EN 1027 method A. The M10 connection thread is made of galvanized steel or A2 steel, providing corrosion resistance in atmospheric exposure.

One‑step installation — no additional components

The whole assembly — plug, gasket and rod — is pre‑assembled. No extra washers or gaskets are required. Installation is performed using an SW13 wrench or a TX25 bit. The product is halogen‑free, meaning it contains no halogens in the material — important for meeting building safety requirements.
