The MFR 10x240mm frame anchor with a hexagonal screw featuring a TX 50 socket is an element designed for durable and secure fixing of facade substructures, window frames, and wooden and metal components in commonly used construction materials—from concrete and brick to aerated concrete blocks and hollow blocks. It requires no additional adhesives or expansion devices; only a drilled hole and the appropriate tool are needed.

The long expansion zone with transverse ridges ensures early and stable expansion within the hole—the anchor begins to grip the material immediately upon the first snap-in, reducing the risk of displacement during installation. The integrated flat collar protects against crevice corrosion, especially in connections with metal components such as facade profiles or window frames.

The anchor is made of high-quality, aging-resistant nylon—it does not crack under temperature or moisture exposure, and its flexibility is maintained over years. The hexagonal screw with a TX 50 socket provides better torque transmission compared to a standard slotted head—reducing the risk of cam-out during tightening and minimizing tool stress.

The product holds an ETA approval—confirming its compliance with European standards for concrete and load-bearing masonry. This is not a "standard anchor" but a component verified for safety and static load capacity. Suitable for both new constructions and renovations.

All lengths up to 160 mm are pre-assembled—this model (240 mm) is not. This allows full control over penetration depth and clamping force—particularly useful when working with delicate materials such as hollow blocks or lightweight blocks.
