Universal flanged anchor designed for various building materials

The MZK 6x30 flanged anchor works reliably in both dense materials such as concrete and solid brick, as well as in hollow structures – e.g., concrete blocks, hollow bricks, or gypsum boards. Thanks to four-sided expansion during screw tightening, it creates a durable connection without the need for additional locking mechanisms or adhesive. The binding effect in perforated materials ensures stable fastening even in substrates with low density.

It is made of high-quality polyethylene – this material does not become brittle at low temperatures, does not crack under dynamic loads, and retains flexibility throughout its service life. Additionally, it is halogen-free, which means a reduced risk of emitting toxic gases in case of fire – an important aspect for installations in residential and public buildings.

For the installer – simplicity and mounting flexibility

No need for precise screw selection – compatible with most screws with a diameter of 3–4.5 mm. A 4.5 mm screw (e.g., 4.5×45 mm) fits perfectly and requires no additional adjustment. The drilled hole depth is 40 mm, and the anchor length is 30 mm – allowing installation in elements with a minimum thickness of 7 mm. The flange at the top prevents the anchor from being driven too deeply and facilitates centering during drilling.

Installation is quick: drilling → inserting the anchor → tightening the screw. No waiting for curing, no need for additional fastening elements. This solution is suitable for mounting light elements – such as shelves or sockets – as well as heavier load-bearing structures: wall-mounted toilets, curtain rods, or TV brackets.
