Quick mounting without drilling on steel beams

The CAL metal clamp with eyelet allows attachment of ropes, hooks, wire screws or S‑type hooks directly to steel‑beam shelves — without drilling, welding or any other installation work. The system works by natural clamping onto the profile, enabling one‑stroke installation — simply press the clip to lock it onto the beam.

A 6.3 mm diameter hole is designed for compatibility with typical suspension elements such as S hooks or binding wires. This solution is intended for beams with shelf thickness from 1.5 mm to 4.0 mm — as stated by the manufacturer in internal data. This version is not the only one available in the CAL line; other models (e.g., for thicknesses 4–10 mm or more) exist but are not covered in this description.

Resistance and certification

Zinc‑aluminum coating (240 HSS) provides high corrosion resistance — confirmed by salt‑spray tests up to 480 hours (DIN 50021).
