The CAL metal clamp with a loop enables fast and solid mounting of cables, ties, hooks or wire screws directly onto steel beams — without drilling, welding or other installation work. One press is enough for the self‑locking clamp to engage on the shelf of an I‑beam, angle or other open profile.

The 6.3 mm diameter hole is designed to accommodate standard fastening elements — from simple S‑type hooks to cable ties and screws. No tool adaptation or construction modification is required. This solution works where traditional methods are too time‑consuming or impossible to apply.

Resistance and use in harsh conditions

The zinc‑aluminum coating (240 HSS) provides high corrosion resistance — even in humid environments, outdoors or near marine zones. Tested according to DIN 50021, it endures 480 hours of exposure to salty water mist. A black painted version is available for those who need better aesthetics or protection from light reflections.

The clamp is intended for beams with a thickness from 4 mm to 10 mm — ideal for typical profiles used in electrical, ventilation or hydraulic installations. The maximum load is 0.9 kN — sufficient to hold cables, pipes or straps under normal mechanical load.
