Metal expansion anchor for G-K boards and suspended ceilings

The HRM 9832HRM anchor is designed for mounting in hollow cavities – ideal for gypsum board, particleboard, or fiberboard, as well as suspended ceilings. Its design enables secure load anchoring even in thin walls where traditional anchors fail.

Upon tightening, the rear portion of the anchor expands over a large surface area, creating a stable holding point – this feature results in significantly higher load capacity compared to standard expansion anchors. No additional sealant or adhesive is required; it operates purely through mechanical expansion.

Installation and application

For installation, it is recommended to use CELO MZA 100 installation pliers – they ensure controlled and rapid insertion of the anchor without risk of damaging the board. However, a cordless drill or screwdriver may also be used; nevertheless, for large quantities of fixings, the MZA 100 tool becomes essential to prevent fatigue and ensure consistent installation.

Requires a 13 mm diameter hole – the standard size for this system. The anchor is 66 mm long, and the screw length is 73 mm, allowing mounting of elements with thicknesses between 34 and 50 mm. The board thickness in which it is installed should be within the range of 16–32 mm – its primary application range.

Safety and compliance

Manufactured from steel with an electrogalvanized coating – corrosion-resistant and durable in humid conditions. Non-combustible – complies with Class A1 according to DIN 4102 (or DIN EN 13501-1), making it suitable for buildings requiring limited flammability. Certified by CNBOP – official technical approval for the Polish market.

Applicable for both construction installers and interior fitting specialists mounting shelves, lights, curtain rods, or wall cabinets. Requires no special tools beyond a standard screwdriving set – only a standard hex key SW13 is needed.
