The MSD 8x60 mm metal sleeve is designed for situations where plastic anchors are not permitted or do not meet standards — for example, in gas installations in accordance with TRGI 3.3.7.2. Its construction from galvanized steel and serrated surface ensures a durable grip in concrete, solid brick, and stone, even under cyclic loads or vibrations.

A safe and proven solution

It holds CNBOP approval, meaning it meets the requirements of Polish building regulations for load-bearing fixings. In autoclaved aerated concrete AAC2, it can be driven in without pre-drilling, accelerating installation and reducing the risk of substrate damage. The anchoring depth of 60 mm and hole diameter of 10–12 mm are optimized to ensure stability when using screws or bolts with diameters of 6–8 mm — the screw must be selected separately depending on the type of element being fixed.

For the installer and the end user — one rule: no compromises

No special tools are required — just a hammer and a suitable screw. It does not age or lose elasticity at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. Unlike plastic expansion anchors, it does not crack in cold conditions nor deform under long-term load. This is not "just like plastic," but better — because it is metal, certified, and proven in practice.
