Self‑closing clamp for copper and plastic pipes

Abranyl®AN 18‑20 mm clamp closes automatically as soon as you insert the pipe — no additional tools or manual tightening required. This means less installation time, fewer errors and lower labor costs. It works with copper pipes 18–20 mm and plastic pipes of 20 mm diameter — one clamp, two sizes, patented system.

It can be mounted in many ways:

• on M6 threaded rod (halogen‑free material allows this without corrosion risk)
• using NP quick‑install stud 5×35
• FX nylon plug 6
• screws 4.5×35/45
• or in combination with the E2000PB, E2000PG or 1000PVC profiles

Halogen‑free — safe for installations where low smoke and acid emissions are required during fire. Designed for hot‑water pipes up to 90 °C, so it is suitable for both heating systems and domestic hot water.

Its construction flexibly “embraces” the pipe — absorbing thermal expansion, which reduces the risk of damage from temperature changes. Dimensions: length 24 mm, width 15.5 mm, opening diameter 18.5 mm — perfectly matched to typical pipe sizes in residential installations.
