Automatically Closing Pipe Clamp for Pipes 18–20 mm in Diameter

The clamp is made of Abranyl® nylon and closes automatically when the pipe is inserted—no tools or additional latches required. This means less installation time, fewer hand movements, and reduced risk of installation errors. Its design encloses the pipe rather than merely compressing it, thereby absorbs thermal expansion and vibrations, which reduces the risk of damage to the pipe or its mounting.

It can be mounted on various substrates: E2000PB and E2000PG profiles, 1000PVC profiles, NP 5x35 quick-mount pins, FX 6 nylon pins, 4.5x35/45 screws, and M6 threaded rods. Simply select the appropriate mounting method—no need to purchase different clamps for different systems.

Designed for hot water pipes, it withstands continuous temperatures up to 90 °C. Free of halogens and UV-resistant, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. The black color does not fade under sunlight.

One clamp accommodates two pipe diameters: 18 mm and 20 mm—a patented system eliminating the need for two separate models for closely sized diameters. Compatible with multicapa, PP, PB, PVC, and even copper pipes—regardless of pipe material.
