Self‑closing clamp for copper and plastic pipes

Clamp Abranyl® AN 15‑16 mm closes automatically when the pipe is inserted – no additional clamping, screwing or tools required. This significantly speeds up installation, especially with a large number of mounting points. One clamp handles both 15 mm and 16 mm pipe diameters – no need to change the part when switching sizes.

Made of black Abranyl® nylon, it is UV‑resistant and halogen‑free. This allows use in both indoor and outdoor installations without fear of material ageing from sunlight.

Installation versatility and temperature resistance

It can be mounted in several ways:

• on an M6 threaded rod – ideal for wall or ceiling mounting
• with NP quick‑mount anchor 5×35
• with FX nylon anchor 6
• with screw 4.5×35/45
• in E2000PB, E2000PG or 1000PVC profiles

Approved by KIWA for use in hot‑water systems – withstands temperatures up to 90 °C. The nylon material “wraps” the pipe flexibly, absorbing its thermal expansion – reducing the risk of damage during cyclic heating and cooling.
