Self‑closing clamp for copper and plastic pipes

The Abranyl® AN 15‑16 mm clamp closes automatically when the pipe is inserted – no extra tools or force are needed. This means less installation time, fewer errors and lower labor costs. It works on copper pipes Ø15 mm and plastic pipes Ø16 mm – one clamp replaces two, thanks to the patented multi‑dimensional gripping system.

Designed for hot‑water installations up to 90 °C, it does not degrade under temperature or moisture. Made of halogen‑free nylon, it poses no risk of toxic gas emission in case of fire, making it safe for confined spaces.

Support for various mounting methods

You can mount it in many ways – you don’t have to choose a single system. It works with:

Construction and dimensions – precision without compromise

It has a constant width of 15.5 mm and a length of 19.5 mm – compact yet long enough to fully grip the pipe. Wall thickness is 5 mm, providing rigidity without excess weight. It does not expand with heat, but it accommodates the pipe’s thermal expansion – it does not press on connections or valves.
