Pipe and conduit mounting bracket for series systems

The open UT bracket 40mm (940UT) is a mounting component designed for rapid and secure fastening of plastic pipes and conduits up to 40 mm in diameter. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it contains no halogens and complies with RoHS directives — ensuring safety during installation and long-term use.

It can be installed directly using gas nailers: CELO FORCE ONE+, CELO FOX, SPIT PULSA 800 E/P, SC40II, FGC 100. It is not compatible with nailers BX-3, GX-3, DCN890, TRAK IT C5, or DIGA CS2.

Additionally, the bracket can be secured using FX ø6 anchors and screws 4.5x35 or 4.5x45 — ideal for situations where a nailer is unavailable or greater control is required during installation. It is also designed to work with E2000PB, E2000PG, and 1000PVC channels — perfect for integrated system solutions.

Design and functionality

Side slots allow multiple brackets to be linked side-by-side, enabling continuous mounting lines without additional components. A marking on the bracket’s base aids precise alignment during installation — reducing errors and shortening work time.

Approved as a complete system with the FORCE ONE+ nailer, XHA nails, and other CELO accessories, it holds ETA approval, confirming its safety and durability in gas and water installations. The ITB certification further verifies compliance with Polish standards.

Operating temperature range after installation: -20°C to +100°C — sufficient for most residential and commercial applications. RAL 7035 (anthracite gray) color does not affect performance but improves visibility in hard-to-reach areas.
