The UT open clamp 16 mm is a mounting component designed for installers seeking to quickly and securely fix plastic pipes and fittings in series systems. Its open design allows insertion of the pipe without requiring cutting—significantly speeding up work, especially during replacements or corrections.

The clamp’s dimensions and shape enable seamless connection with adjacent units—side slots permit the creation of continuous mounting lines without gaps. Additionally, a marking on the clamp’s base facilitates precise alignment during installation, reducing the risk of mounting errors.

Made from HDPE (high-density polyethylene), it contains no halogens and complies with the RoHS directive. It withstands temperatures from -20°C to +100°C when installed, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

It can be installed using a gas-powered nailer such as FORCE ONE+ or FOX, achieving ETA approval as a complete system (with XHA nails). Alternatively, it is compatible with screws ø4.5x35 or ø4.5x45 and FX ø6 pins. It is compatible with E2000PB, E2000PG, and 1000PVC channels.
