Fast and reliable installation in hard substrates
The 6x80 mm quick-fix anchor is a ready-to-use, pre-assembled combination of a nylon plug and a galvanized screw – no manual matching of components required. Ideal for fixing in concrete, solid brick, natural stone, and other dense construction substrates. Thanks to the precise fit of the screw inside the plug, material expansion occurs optimally – ensuring stable and durable anchoring even under higher loads.
Design focused on practicality
An internal barrier within the plug prevents premature expansion during hammering – eliminating concerns about loss of load-bearing capacity before screw insertion. The flat flange protects against contact corrosion when metal elements (e.g., strips, clamps) come into contact with the surface. The PZ2 screw head is protected by a raised ring – it remains undamaged by hammer impacts and can be safely unscrewed after installation if component removal is required.
The plug is made from high-quality, halogen-free nylon – resistant to UV radiation, temperature fluctuations, and aging. This ensures not only durability but also zero emission of harmful substances during heating or fire. The screw, made of galvanized steel, provides additional corrosion protection, particularly important for installations in damp or outdoor conditions.
Where is it suitable?
- Mounting frames and strips for ventilation ducts or channels
- Securing electrical clamps and installation brackets
- Installing gypsum board structures on concrete walls
- Fixing floor profiles, suspended ceilings, or perforated tapes
- Attaching elements to solid brick walls or natural stone
All this is made possible by an anchoring depth of 30 mm and a maximum thickness of the mounted element of 50 mm – sufficient for most standard applications in construction and installations. A 6 mm drill bit is the only requirement for hole preparation – the rest is handled by the ready-to-use design.
