Quick and reliable installation in hard substrates
The 6 × 50 mm quick‑install anchor with a flat flange is designed for practical single‑ and multiple‑use fastening in concrete, solid brick, natural stone, concrete blocks and other hard substrates. The pre‑assembled unit – with an integrated screw featuring a PZ2 socket – eliminates the need for manual adjustment of components, shortening installation time and reducing the risk of error.
The nylon insert is made of premium halogen‑free material, resistant to ageing and to temperatures from –40 °C to +80 °C. This ensures mechanical stability even in extreme conditions – from winter façades to floors with underfloor heating.
Design that prevents installation errors
A special internal barrier in the anchor prevents premature expansion during driving – a key factor for maintaining full load capacity. The flat flange not only provides stable resistance when pressed but also acts as an anticorrosion barrier between the metal screw and the substrate, extending the service life of the whole connection.
A ring around the screw head protects the PZ2 socket from damage when struck with a hammer. This means that after installation the screw can be unscrewed – e.g., for position correction or element replacement – without having to remove the entire anchor. There is no need to “kill” the fastener simply because something was set incorrectly.
For the installer – simplicity and repeatability
This is not “just another anchor”. It is a system that works as a unit: drive, screw, and, if needed, unscrew. You do not have to search for the right screw, nor worry about socket displacement during driving. Everything is ready to go.
For circuits with cable trays, electrical clamps or pipes – especially where a fast, reliable fix to a concrete wall is required – this anchor provides a real advantage. There is no need to use longer or thicker elements just because “that’s how it’s done”. Here, a 50 mm length and a 30 mm drilling depth are the optimal combination for most typical applications.
Shift mounting (durchsteckmontage) works flawlessly – even with thin mounted elements (up to 20 mm thickness). All this while maintaining a load capacity of 900 N.
