Quick and durable mounting on hard substrates
The 6 × 80 mm quick‑install anchor with a flat collar is designed for permanent and reliable fastening to concrete, solid brick, concrete blocks, natural stone, and other hard building materials. It is engineered for applications requiring high tensile load capacity with minimal installation time.
The pre‑assembled unit combines a nylon anchor with a hot‑dip‑galvanized screw featuring a PZ2 socket – allowing both tightening and removal after installation. A special internal barrier prevents premature expansion of the anchor during insertion, and an elevated ring protects the screw head from damage, which is crucial when working in hard‑to‑reach areas or with repeated installations.
The flat collar prevents contact corrosion when the anchor is used with metal components such as electrical terminals, aluminum strips, or ventilation ducts. The nylon material is halogen‑free and chemically resistant, ensuring it does not degrade even under prolonged exposure to moisture or temperature variations.
Why it works well?
Precise screw‑to‑anchor fit – provides optimal expansion in the hole, resulting in high load capacity (up to 50 mm thickness of the mounted element).
Removability – thanks to the PZ2 socket and protected screw head, the anchor can be unscrewed without damaging the substrate, useful for adjustments or system changes.
Stability under heavy loads – ideal for mounting frames, cable trays, ventilation ducts, electrical brackets, or perforated tapes.
Compatible with building substrates – proven on cellular concrete, lime‑sand blocks, hollow brick, and natural stone.
Contact‑corrosion resistance – the flat flange prevents direct metal‑to‑metal contact with the substrate or other metal parts.
No additional tools are required beyond a screwdriver with a PZ2 bit. Installation is performed by inserting the anchor into a pre‑drilled hole of 6 mm diameter and at least 40 mm depth – the rest is automatic expansion of the anchor as the screw is tightened.
