Fast and reliable installation on hard substrates
The NP 8x120 mm quick-installation anchor is a solution designed for installers who require stable, safe, and reversible fastening in concrete, solid brick, or natural stone. Made from high-quality halogen-free nylon, it does not release harmful substances during installation or in case of overheating—making it suitable for both enclosed spaces and work near electrical installations.
The pre-assembled screw with PZ 3 socket enables quick driving-in and, importantly, also allows the anchor to be unscrewed in case of error or when disassembly is required. The raised protective ring safeguards the socket from damage during driving, while the flat collar of the anchor prevents galvanic corrosion when installed on metal components.
A special integral barrier inside the anchor prevents premature expansion—crucial when working on hard substrates where impact force can be high. This ensures that expansion occurs only after full insertion and solely under the torque applied by the screw.
With a length of 120 mm, the anchor is ideal for securing thick battens, ventilation ducts, mounting system frames, or electrical clamps—applications requiring deep and stable anchoring. The minimum edge distance is 40 mm, aligning with standard installation practices.
Who is it for? For those who accept no compromises
Electrical installers: Mount clamps and guides without risking damage to the screw socket—even after multiple unscrewing cycles.
Frame and duct installers: The anchor holds firmly in concrete and solid brick without requiring additional fastening elements.
Construction workers: The ability to remove the anchor after a mounting error saves time and material—no need to drill a new hole.
Service technicians: Absence of galvanic corrosion ensures longer service life when in contact with metal structures.
No special tools are required—just a hammer and a screwdriver with a PZ 3 bit. There is no need for adhesives, threads, or additional nuts. It's simplicity that works.
